Role Overview
The Broker Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting brokers and installers throughout every stage of the loan process. This position involves resolving partner queries swiftly and efficiently, maintaining strong communication, and ensuring a smooth loan journey for all stakeholders.
Key Duties
- Assist brokers and installers from the application phase through to loan approval and settlement.
- Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally with a focus on solutions.
- Develop and nurture trusting relationships with partner brokers by anticipating their needs.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues while navigating internal systems, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a consistent and coordinated partner experience.
- Keep detailed records and ensure interactions comply with regulatory and policy standards.
- Expand knowledge of products and procedures to proficiently address diverse partner inquiries.
- Analyze trends and recurring problems, offering suggestions to enhance partner experience.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment such as retail, hospitality, or contact centers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of clearly explaining complex information.
- Proficient with CRM systems and digital platforms for enquiry management and record keeping; familiarity with Salesforce or Zendesk is advantageous.
- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities without sacrificing attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of regulatory requirements in customer-facing roles; training will be provided.
- Flexible, team-focused, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
