About the Role

We are excited to offer an opening for a Breakfast Supervisor to join the esteemed Food and Beverage team at Hodson Bay Hotel, located in Athlone and Bigmeadow, County Westmeath, Ireland. The right candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm, be highly customer-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities. The role demands someone capable of maintaining composure and performing effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and positive guest experiences.
• Execute supervisory duties according to established standards.
• Assume full accountability for the restaurant's management in the Manager’s absence.
• Participate in and facilitate staff training as needed.
• Address daily guest inquiries, complaints, and operational issues in the restaurant promptly and effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience working as a Team Leader or Food and Beverage Supervisor in a 4-star hotel setting.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Capable team leader who can inspire and motivate colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work demands.
