Brand Enhancement Technician

7-Eleven, a global leader with over 86,000 locations, is seeking Brand Enhancement Technicians to join their team in Arlington, TX. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring stores operate seamlessly by maintaining equipment and facilities to high standards, enhancing the customer experience and supporting community convenience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and restore high-pressure surfaces within the store environment.
• Perform parking lot striping and ensure ADA safety and compliance painting are up to standard.
• Oversee the overall appearance and visual standards of the facility to provide a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of relevant work experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license is essential for this position.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities and capable of providing peer-to-peer technical support.
• Experience with project assignments and facility ownership is valuable.
