Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Branch Sales Manager, designated as Associate Agency Development Manager, responsible for leading our sales team and expanding our advisor network. This position offers a fixed compensation up to INR 400000 per annum depending on the interview, plus additional incentives. The role is based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new team members to serve as sales advisors.
- Deliver comprehensive training and continual motivation to the advisory team.
- Provide guidance and support to the team for effective product sales in the open market.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals.
Compensation and Location
Annual remuneration is fixed up to INR 4,00,000 plus incentive rewards, with the workplace located in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
