Job description
Overview
This role is for an Associate Agency Development Manager with Divine HR Solutions, located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. The position offers a fixed compensation up to INR 400000 annually (approximately INR 32000 to 46000 per month), dependent on interview performance, along with additional incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting a capable team of advisors to support sales efforts.
- Providing training and motivation to the recruited advisors.
- Leading the team in selling company products available in the open market.
- Managing and overseeing the advisor team’s performance to drive sales.
Additional Details
The position requires effective team management skills and a proactive approach to guide sales advisors. The fixed CTC and incentives are subject to evaluation during the interview stage.
