Job description
Position Overview
The role of Branch Sales Manager, also referred to as Associate Agency Development Manager, involves leading and inspiring a team of advisors to drive product sales effectively in the open market. This position offers a fixed annual compensation of up to 4 lakh INR, subject to interview results, along with additional incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment of qualified advisors to build a strong sales team.
- Providing training and continuous motivation to the advisors.
- Directing and overseeing the sales activities through the advisor team to meet company targets.
- Managing and handling the team on a daily basis to ensure optimal performance.
Compensation and Location
The role is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, with a salary range between 32,000 to 46,000 INR per month, inclusive of incentives.
