Responsibilities

• Review and polish books, educational resources, and business documents for errors and clarity.
• Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting, and factual inaccuracies.
• Ensure consistency throughout documents.
• Analyze design proofs and PDFs prior to printing.
• Collaborate with authors, designers, and production staff to maintain quality.
• Examine brochures, catalogues, company profiles, reports, and related printed materials.
• Manage assigned projects to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Utilize MS Word, PDF editing software, and basic AI tools such as ChatGPT in editing tasks.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in English, Hindi, Journalism, Literature, Education, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in both English and Hindi languages.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and excellent proofreading capabilities.
• Have effective typing speed and foundational computer skills.
• Familiarity with MS Word and PDF editing tools.
• Fresh graduates with strong language expertise are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in editing, proofreading, publishing, or printing sectors.
• Knowledge of educational and business documentation.
• Basic understanding of design software is desirable.

Additional Information

• Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Compensation range is ₹144,000 to ₹180,000 per annum (CTC).
