Key Responsibilities

• Produce and edit captivating videos and motion graphics tailored for social media and digital outlets.
• Manage video content for government, ministry, and ministerial clients, ensuring compliance with specific communication protocols.
• Compile and refine raw video footage, enhancing with color and lighting adjustments, transitions, sound engineering, and visual effects.
• Create video content that aligns with campaign goals, creative briefs, and brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with teams in content, creative, and account management to meet project timelines.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques and industry trends.
• Ensure that all video products meet established quality benchmarks.
• Respond promptly and manage urgent video projects that require availability around the clock.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferred educational background includes a bachelor's degree or specialization in Film, Multimedia, Animation, Video Production, or related disciplines.
• A minimum of two years’ professional experience in video editing.
• Experience working within advertising agencies or production houses is highly desirable.
• Strong preference given to candidates experienced with government, ministry, or ministerial accounts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling principles, including pacing, transitions, sound design, and color grading.
• Excellent musical sensibility coupled with refined creative execution skills.
• Capability to handle high-pressure deadlines and manage tasks requiring continuous availability.

Additional Information

The role is located onsite in Delhi, and incumbents must be able to provide round-the-clock availability due to the urgent nature of some video requests.
