Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Create and advance detailed 3D MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models to support project needs.
• Produce comprehensive site models tailored for specific projects to facilitate execution.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve interdisciplinary clashes within models to ensure project integration.
• Generate precise drawings, specifications, and schedules compliant with the project-specific BIM Execution Plan.
• Meeting all coordination milestones involving 2D and 3D deliverables on projects to maintain timelines and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Revit software with a focus on MEP modeling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for project documentation and design development.
• Experience utilizing Navisworks for model review and clash detection.
• Background working on multiple substantial projects, preferably within MEP fields.
• Possession of a relevant bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational capabilities, effective communication, and efficient management of time.
• Experience with data centre projects is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information

This position requires the employee to work from the office located in Ballymount, Dublin 22, five days a week.
