BIM Coordinator

About the Company and Role

PE Global is collaborating with a dedicated data centre delivery partner to expand their team at the Head Office located in Ballymount, Dublin 24. The client is a specialist in delivering turnkey data centre solutions, operating throughout Europe, with expertise spanning design, construction, and commissioning across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. Currently, they are engaged in constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects across nine European countries, collectively delivering over 311MW of IT load.

This recruitment drive aims to hire several BIM Coordinators to join the growing team at the Dublin head office. The role requires onsite attendance five days a week. Note that no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and resolve clashes and coordination challenges among various disciplines.
• Create drawings, specifications, and schedules in line with the project’s BIM Execution Plan.
• Deliver all 2D and 3D coordination milestones within each project.
• Collaborate with package managers and site engineers to manage complex MEP installations.
• Support and mentor junior members of the BIM team.

Essential Requirements

• Proficient experience with Revit, emphasizing MEP systems.
• Preferred knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Navisworks is desirable.
• At least four years’ experience contributing to several large-scale projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
