Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate for a biopharmaceutical client located in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. This is a 12-month contract position offering hybrid work flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide superior recruitment services within tight timelines aligned with recruitment campaigns.
- Develop and implement effective talent sourcing approaches and detailed hiring plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers by delivering market intelligence and insights on talent availability and trends.
- Manage job posting efforts and prepare employment offers consistent with hiring objectives.
- Maintain and organize candidate records, job listings, and role specifications.
- Build and sustain a local candidate database to enhance the talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Help coordinate talent attraction events and assist in candidate assessments under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Contribute actively to various Talent Acquisition projects as required.
- Identify and communicate potential challenges or risks impacting recruitment activities promptly.
- Assist in analyzing HR data to extract insights that optimize recruitment processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years recruiting experience, preferably within high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Prior experience in multinational pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies is highly desirable.
- Proven success in managing and delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Familiarity with recruitment branding strategies and marketing tools.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong personal credibility, adaptability, and commitment to service excellence.
- Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking skills, and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
