Role Overview

Located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, the BIM Coordinator will take charge of the development, coordination, and deployment of Building Information Modeling standards and workflows across multidisciplinary projects. This role is vital for ensuring data precision, model integrity, and seamless cooperation among design teams and stakeholders.

Key Duties

• Lead coordination of BIM workflows ensuring models remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Oversee integration and coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP models to detect and resolve conflicts.
• Support project teams throughout design and construction phases by managing BIM model setup and progress.
• Perform quality assurance checks and troubleshoot model-related issues to maintain high data standards.
• Assist in the formulation and revision of BIM documentation, including standards, templates, and procedures.
• Work closely with design managers, discipline leads, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Offer technical BIM assistance, guidance, and training to project personnel.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in BIM coordination for multidisciplinary design or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environment solutions like BIM 360, ACC, or Aconex.
• Demonstrated success managing BIM on complex or large-scale projects.
• Awareness of international BIM standards such as ISO 19650 or equivalents.
