Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Planning Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional who is fluent in Arabic and can start within one month. The ideal candidate will have extensive background in project schedule review, notably with 2-3 years of experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC), coupled with strong data management and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project schedules and ensure accuracy and feasibility, drawing on 2-3 years of PMC experience.
- Manage and analyze data effectively using Power BI, Excel (including power queries), and PowerPoint tools.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on data analytics and project timelines.
- Maintain high levels of organization and deliver clear communications within the team and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in planning engineering.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Proven expertise with Power BI for visualizing and managing project data.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including power queries, and proficiency in PowerPoint for reporting.
- Strong experience in schedule review processes and reporting methodologies.
- Ability to organize tasks independently with excellent communication skills.
