Role Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt delivery of guests’ luggage, messages, and other items within the hotel premises.
• Provide guests with a personalized and professional room orientation in a friendly and engaging manner.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby as a representative of the hotel and brand, delivering exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate a service-focused attitude; previous customer-related experience is a plus.
• Perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and maintain a professional appearance.
