Job Role and Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and professional service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to the company's grooming and appearance standards at all times.
• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and extend courteous thanks as they depart.
• Communicate all guest feedback and complaints promptly to senior team members.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of service standards and hotel procedures to maintain quality.
• Prepare beach and cabana areas according to specified protocols, including setting up sunbeds, umbrellas, and providing fresh towels.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of beach zones to guarantee a pleasant environment.
• Properly fold and store umbrellas at day's end to preserve equipment condition.
• Follow all hotel policies and safety procedures diligently, immediately reporting any hazards or suspicious activities.
• Attend all mandatory team meetings as scheduled.
• Undertake any additional tasks as assigned to support the operation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or related field.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience working in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Current residency in UAE with immediate availability is preferable.
• Prior work in a 5-star hotel or equivalent hospitality environment is essential.
• Demonstrated creativity and passion for food service and customer care.
