Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of vehicles entering and leaving in front of the hotel while greeting guests courteously and providing clear information on parking rules, sightseeing locations, and main access roads.
• Assist guests by bringing and retrieving luggage upon request.
• Explain the amenities and features of guest rooms to visitors.
• Deliver mail and parcels to appropriate areas within the hotel.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby at all times.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• A natural customer service mindset; prior experience is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
• Good physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.

Compensation and Other Information
