Job Role Overview

As a Bell Attendant at Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli, your primary duty is to warmly greet guests upon arrival and bid them a friendly farewell upon departure. You play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience, acting as a guide, ambassador, and reliable source of hotel information. Your key responsibility includes managing lobby traffic and providing assistance to guests. Success in this position demands a high degree of guest interaction, adaptability, and comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.
