Key Responsibilities

• Utilize PDT and MMS systems to complete daily merchandising tasks effectively.
• Manage product exit strategies and returns as directed.
• Maintain expertise in inventory control, product display, and monitoring product expiry within assigned categories.
• Ensure the store follows standards related to image and current retail trends.
• Create consumer-friendly, attractive, and accessible product displays to drive sales.
• Meet daily sales objectives consistently.
• Maintain a professional and clean appearance adhering to uniform policies.
• Proactively engage and assist customers in aisles providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the cosmetics market.
• Adhere to all health, safety, store standards, and loss prevention policies.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
