Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Bartender to become a part of our team at M/s Sparrows Fine Bakery LLP. This role requires someone who excels in communication, possesses thorough knowledge of beverages, and displays a customer-oriented approach.

Primary Responsibilities

• Skillfully prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Attend to customer orders promptly with outstanding service
• Keep the bar area, equipment, and glassware tidy and well-maintained
• Manage inventory efficiently to ensure adequate stock of drinks and supplies
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety protocols, and responsible service guidelines
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests professionally
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organizational standards of the bar

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in bartending ranging from one to three years preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and various beverages
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively
• Neat appearance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Capability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
