Job Overview

We seek a diligent and enthusiastic Commi Chef to become part of our culinary team at M/s Sparrows Fine Bakery LLP, based in Delhi-NCR. This role involves supporting senior chefs and contributing effectively to kitchen workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior kitchen staff with daily cooking operations.
• Prepare ingredients and simple dishes according to established recipes.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and adhere to hygiene protocols.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Handle proper storage and management of food supplies.
• Assist the team efficiently during peak periods.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred: 6 months to 2 years of kitchen experience.
• Candidates with at least 6 months experience who are passionate about cooking are welcomed to apply.
• Familiarity with food preparation procedures and kitchen sanitation standards.
• Ability to collaborate well within a team and follow discipline.
• Motivated to learn new skills and grow professionally.

Compensation

The salary range offered is ₹15,000 to ₹19,000 per month.
