Bartender

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to become a key part of our team in Pune. The candidate should bring 3 to 5 years of expertise in bartending and mixology, along with a robust understanding of food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a diverse array of drinks including cocktails and mocktails.
• Create and introduce innovative drink recipes and menus to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Oversee ingredient and supply inventories, aiming to reduce waste and maintain optimal stock.
• Keep the work area clean and organized while complying strictly with health and safety guidelines.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns professionally.
• Work in collaboration with team members to achieve sales goals and boost customer happiness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3 years experience as a Bartender or Mixologist is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage procedures, including menu development and inventory control.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work during flexible hours such as evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• High level of attention to detail ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools is beneficial.
