Role Overview: Kitchen Porter

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces to ensure smooth operation
• Wash and sterilize pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen implements, preparing them for upcoming use
• Assist chefs with simple food preparation such as peeling, chopping, and portioning during busy periods
• Dispose of waste responsibly, including recycling, to keep the environment safe and clean
• Keep storage areas well stocked, arranged, and tidy for easy access to supplies
• Help receive and store kitchen deliveries to maintain adequate inventory
• Strictly adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols to uphold kitchen standards
