Arora Hospitality Services is eager to welcome a proficient Restaurant Captain in Pune. Candidates with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience specializing in shift oversight, hospitality, food and beverage coordination, and overall restaurant management are encouraged to apply.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including managing shifts and supervising staff members.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen personnel to guarantee prompt food preparation and quality standards.
• Track inventory and handle supply management aiming to reduce waste and control expenses.
• Create and execute strategies that boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, complying with health and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated background in restaurant management roles, ideally previous experience as a Restaurant Captain.
• Comprehensive understanding of hospitality operations, including food & beverage and restaurant management theories.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities to effectively lead and inspire team members.
• Efficient multitasking skills under pressure with the ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to professionally manage customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Experience or familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is beneficial.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree to be considered for this position.

Compensation

The annual salary offered ranges between 300000 and 500000 INR.
