Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate Bartender to deliver exceptional guest interactions. The ideal candidate will craft both traditional and creative beverages that surpass guest expectations while enhancing the overall experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests in bar and dining areas.
• Engage with customers to take orders and serve drinks and snacks.
• Evaluate guest preferences and provide tailored drink recommendations.
• Mix cocktail ingredients expertly to craft beverages.
• Develop and showcase the bar's drink menu creatively.
• Manage and replenish stock and bar supplies regularly.
• Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction to foster an excellent hospitality environment.
• Adhere strictly to food and beverage safety and hygiene regulations.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work atmosphere among colleagues.
• Assist management with efforts to increase sales through up-selling techniques.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of all bar products and offerings.
• Adapt to changing schedules and perform various tasks flexibly.

Experience & Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a large luxury hotel (minimum 500 rooms) is essential.
• Experience working in pre-opening stages of hotels is considered beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability as a professional bartender with solid work history.
• Strong active listening abilities and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and manage a fast-paced environment efficiently.
• Organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
