Job Overview

As a Barista at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha, Qatar, you play a vital role in creating an exceptional and unforgettable beverage experience for guests. Beyond simply preparing drinks, you are expected to engage with guests, stay updated on trends and local offerings, and uphold superior service standards within the bar and broader hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages with expert knowledge and ensure the bar operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide attentive and personalized guest service, acting as both drink specialist and hostess.
• Collaborate across departments and the local community to anticipate and meet guests’ varied preferences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment, following all company policies and procedures.
• Manage cash and transactional accuracy, paying attention to every detail to uphold service quality.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting objects up to 25 pounds, bending, twisting, and stooping as part of daily duties.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• At least one year of experience in a related customer service or beverage role.
• No previous supervisory experience is required.
• Licenses or certifications are not mandatory.
