Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer service with each cup served
• Work effectively within a team in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Adhere to high standards and comply with audits and operational guidelines; training provided if not experienced
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekend shifts, across a seven-day operational schedule

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous coffee-making experience is advantageous but not essential as comprehensive training will be offered
• Ability to work in a busy environment with a team-oriented mindset and positive energy
