Role Overview

As a Cafe Supervisor at our Connolly Station location, you will play a vital role in leading the team to uphold the high standards of coffee and service, ensuring every customer encounter is memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and support the store team to maintain efficient operations and excellent service delivery.
• Maintain a positive and motivating work atmosphere.
• Oversee daily store activities, ensuring a smooth workflow in a fast-paced setting.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year relevant supervisory experience in a coffee shop or similar environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities to motivate and support team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for coffee and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment while maintaining high operational standards.
• Willingness to work flexibly across all seven days of operation.
