About the Role
Join the heart of our community as a barista where your dedication to customer service is essential. As part of the Cobra Coffee family, a proud Starbucks UK franchise partner, you will help deliver an exceptional Starbucks experience by preparing high-quality beverages and products for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve quality beverages, whole bean, and food items adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
- Handle store procedures including opening and closing duties, cash management, and ensuring safety and security.
- Assist teammates during busy periods to maintain smooth store operations.
- Understand and anticipate customer and store needs by familiarizing yourself with the store environment and clientele.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by fostering genuine connections and maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized for both customers and colleagues.
Work Schedule
Working hours may vary and include early mornings, evenings, and weekends due to the operational nature of our stores.
