Barber

Overview

This role requires a skilled barber to work onsite at our physical location in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Applicants should be proficient in a variety of hair care and grooming services and able to maintain client satisfaction through professional and personalized service.

Languages and Education

• Fluency in English is required.
• Applicants must have completed secondary (high) school education.

Experience Requirement

Candidates should have between two and three years of professional experience in barbering.

Core Responsibilities

• Schedule client appointments effectively.
• Cut and trim hair according to individual client instructions and preferences.
• Perform hair shampooing for customers.
• Shave and trim beards and mustaches with precision.
• Provide additional hair treatments including waving, straightening, tinting, and perform scalp conditioning massages.
• Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses for coloring, frosting, or streaking hair.
• Execute haircuts, trims, tapering, curling, waving, perming, and styling.
• Advise clients on hairstyles that complement their facial features and personal styles.
