The Ned and Ned's Club represent a prestigious international network of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants dedicated to creating unique experiences for guests to socialize, work, and enjoy themselves. Established in 2017 in the iconic former Midland Bank building in London's financial district, The Ned City of London boasts multiple amenities including private members' club spaces, a gym, rooftop areas, spa, event spaces, and several dining and drinking venues alongside hotel accommodations.

As a Barback on our bar operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders by keeping service areas fully stocked and tidy, thus ensuring seamless and high-quality beverage service to our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels of glassware, bar tools, and ingredients so bartenders can efficiently craft drinks.
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment to have needed supplies in the right place at the right time, supporting uninterrupted customer service.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized bar environment to uphold the establishment's professional standards.

Candidate Profile

• No prior experience required; a motivated mindset and eagerness to learn are essential.
• Although direct customer interaction is minimal, a polished appearance and friendly demeanor are vital due to visible presence near service zones.
• This position is an excellent entry path toward a bartending career, so enthusiasm for personal growth and skill development is encouraged.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual estimated salary of £30,370, equating to approximately £14.60 per hour inclusive of service charge.
