Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and energetic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations. The right candidate will have a strong passion for mixology and deep knowledge of current non-alcoholic beverage trends, aiming to deliver an inviting and engaging experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations to guarantee efficient and seamless service delivery.
• Ensure top-quality standards in service, cleanliness, and overall bar presentation.
• Create and continuously update a creative and varied beverage menu in collaboration with global management.
• Keep abreast of industry developments to maintain competitive and modern drink selections.
• Recruit, train, and lead a competent bar team to foster motivation and high performance.
• Provide strong leadership to cultivate a positive and team-oriented work environment.
• Promote a guest-focused service culture among staff, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback and issues.
• Manage inventory, including procurement, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
• Implement cost-control strategies to maximize beverage profitability.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable prior experience as a Bar Manager or equivalent leadership in upscale bar or restaurant environments.
• Thorough understanding of mixology, current beverage trends, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Proficient communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with inventory tracking and cost management techniques.
• Bartending or mixology certification is advantageous.
