Experienced Bartender

About the Role

Six by Nico in Dublin is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join their team. Due to liquor licensing legislation, applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Primary Duties

• Maintain and expand product expertise and bartending skills.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and serving as a positive example to team members.
• Provide timely and professional service of food and beverage orders in public bars following established service standards.
• Manage beverage inventories including ordering, receiving, storing, and stocktaking for bar and restaurant.
• Handle stock administration tasks such as invoice organization, price verification, and data input.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous bartending experience ranging from six months to one year.
• A genuine passion for bartending and beverage service.
• Confidence and composure in fast-paced, upscale environments.
