Role Summary
The Banquet Server delivers attentive, professional dining service ensuring an exceptional guest experience that aligns with the outlet’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders.
- Introduce menus, suggest dishes, and explain daily specials to guests.
- Maintain impeccable table settings and create an inviting dining atmosphere.
- Continuously gauge guest satisfaction and respond to requests effectively.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Coordinate smoothly with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.
- Strictly adhere to hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
- Complete additional tasks or projects as delegated by supervisory staff.
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of experience in a banquet server role within a luxury brand environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude with an outgoing personality.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of banquet operations.
- Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced team setting.
- Proficiency in English for communication in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
