About the Location

The Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is located in a vibrant urban waterfront community boasting expansive city skyline and Arabian Gulf views. Situated on upscale Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi’s premier business and lifestyle hub, the hotel occupies a 34-story glass tower known for its advanced technology and eco-friendly design. Featuring 200 naturally-lit rooms including 38 suites with water views, along with six innovative dining venues, the property offers sophisticated urban luxury combined with thoughtful Four Seasons service catering to every guest’s unique needs.

Role Overview

The Guestroom Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that guest rooms meet the highest cleanliness and quality standards. This position involves proactive service to anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs and comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities. Reporting to the Director and Manager of Housekeeping, the role is essential in maintaining the guest experience through meticulous room care and personalized touches.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of guest rooms, including bedrooms, living areas, dining rooms, and bathrooms, following established procedures
• Perform room attendant tasks for both occupied and checked-out rooms
• Deliver turndown service to enhance guest comfort
• Seek opportunities to tailor service experiences to individual guest preferences
• Complete additional duties or projects as directed by housekeeping management

Candidate Profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality brand
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Effective communication abilities
• Friendly, proactive, and positive approach to assigned responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
