Since opening in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has earned distinction as a premier destination for both corporate and leisure travelers seeking bespoke services. The October 2020 launch of The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower with 289 suites, expanded the property to 649 rooms, making it the largest Four Seasons hotel. Located amidst Cotai Strip’s top-tier entertainment, shopping, dining, and luxury amenities, the hotel offers an elegant sanctuary.
Role Overview
We are searching for a seasoned General Manager to lead The Grand Suites at Four Seasons Macao, a pioneer in luxury hospitality boasting a Forbes Five-Star rating since its debut. The General Manager will be accountable for the overall guest experience, collaborating closely with the Casino Marketing ownership group and internal teams to deliver unparalleled luxury and personalized service, including specialized butler offerings and bespoke in-suite experiences.
This executive role is part of the Planning Committee and reports to the Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Macao. It requires inspiring operational teams, steering innovation, and maintaining the highest standards for guest and employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives aligned with hotel goals.
- Forge and maintain strong partnerships with property owners while balancing Four Seasons’ standards and stakeholder interests.
- Lead operational teams to enhance employee engagement and guest satisfaction, championing excellence in Forbes and LQA metrics.
- Implement robust talent development and succession planning to nurture skilled leaders and preserve operational consistency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Currently holds a General Manager role with at least 15 years of progressive leadership in luxury hospitality.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is mandatory.
- Possesses a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Deep expertise in Forbes Five-Star and LQA standards with demonstrated success in delivering world-class luxury experiences.
- Proven capability to inspire, mentor, and develop diverse high-performing teams fostering a culture grounded in integrity and collaboration.
- Experience working closely with ownership groups to achieve aligned objectives.
