Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly face-to-face assistance to customers handling their banking needs.
- Manage and process financial transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, payments.
- Support customers with queries related to accounts and digital banking.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures ensuring meticulous record keeping.

This role is offered as part-time or full-time. Part-time hours are Wednesday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 (24 hours per week), and full-time hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 (40 hours per week). Candidates should indicate if they have a preference or are flexible.
