Third Key Holder

Role Overview

Join an engaging and dynamic team as a Third Key Holder at Ardene, located in Woodstock, Ontario. This position demands an upbeat and approachable individual with a keen interest in fashion retail who will support store and stockroom operations while upholding visual, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, store upkeep, product restocking and merchandising, customer service, and team supervision when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are not available.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming atmosphere, greeting and engaging customers effectively, and maintaining product knowledge.
• Operate the cash register for purchase processing.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist Store Manager in maintaining company standards as outlined in the employee handbook.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of retail experience.
• High school diploma is considered an asset.
• Proven excellence in selling techniques and customer service.
• Strong skills in time management and prioritization.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to delegate responsibilities and take initiative.
• Leadership qualities fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.

Physical and Availability Requirements

• Able to stand for prolonged periods and safely climb ladders.
• Capable of moving and lifting merchandise boxes and store fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $18.45 to $18.95, compliant with minimum wage laws, noting that wage updates may lag up to three months post any increase.
