Job description
Role Overview
Joining as a Sunday Supervisor, you will assist the Shop Manager in boosting sales of preloved goods by maintaining excellent store standards and providing superior customer service. Your efforts help fund essential mental health support programs at Mind, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals facing mental health challenges.
You will also assume full responsibility for the shop's performance in the Manager's absence and lead the team of volunteers with encouragement and guidance. This role allows you to make meaningful community impact by fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for customers and volunteers alike.
