Role Overview

As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of commercial clients by establishing trusted relationships and providing customized banking solutions to support business growth in the region. You will lead business development initiatives, assess complex credit requirements, and offer expert advice to help clients navigate their opportunities and challenges.

Support and Environment

Supported by a Commercial Associate and specialist partners, this role gives you the autonomy combined with team backing to deepen client engagement, increase lending quality, and assist businesses in achieving their goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in managing commercial or business banking relationships
• Proficiency in credit and risk evaluation including complex deal structuring
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop trusted customer connections and influence decisions
• Ability to identify business growth opportunities within competitive markets
• Sound judgment in financial analysis and portfolio oversight
• High commercial insight coupled with a commitment to excellent customer outcomes
