Job Responsibilities

As a Business Join Consultant, you will ensure new small business customers have a smooth onboarding experience. Through authentic conversations, you will identify customer needs, build trust, and make customers feel valued from their first interaction. Using consultative techniques such as active listening and strategic questioning, you will provide tailored solutions that enable customer success. Your efforts will be vital in reinforcing Kiwibank’s brand and advocating its products, services, and purpose within a collaborative, high-performance team.

Candidate Profile
