Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain your own portfolio of business prospects.
- Engage with senior executives through targeted and strategic outreach initiatives.
- Conduct negotiations and successfully close significant partnerships.
- Manage and nurture ongoing, long-term client relationships.
- Attend executive-level events at premier venues throughout North America, involving business travel.
Candidate Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in B2B or B2C sales roles.
- Proficiency with advanced negotiation strategies influenced by experts such as Chris Voss and Oren Klaff, alongside modern psychology of influence.
- Strong skills in tactical empathy and executive-level inquiry techniques.
- Confident and effective engagement with C-suite decision makers.
- Disciplined approach to KPIs including daily activity tracking, weekly performance reviews, and pipeline management.
- Participation in training involving recorded sessions, role-playing, and personalized coaching.
- Ability to balance an aggressive sales hunter approach with long-term relationship building.
- Highly competitive mindset paired with coachability.
Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed minimum earnings of $74,000 after training.
- Year 1 on-target earnings (OTE) between $90,000 and $110,000; Year 2 OTE from $110,000 to $150,000.
