Content Manager - Private Wealth Events

Role Summary

The Content Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting senior investment professionals as speakers for invite-only private wealth management summits in North America. Reporting to the Director of Content Management in Barbados, this position is based onsite in London, working from 11am to 8pm UK time. The role involves proactive engagement with Heads of Investments and senior decision-makers within Limited Partnerships, thus influencing event quality and prestige.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with key investment leaders in the Private Wealth sector.
• Articulate the value of participation in alternative investment-focused events.
• Conduct thorough desk and telephone research to support outreach.
• Develop and write investment-focused conference programs.
• Proactively secure speaker attendance through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Manage and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM (HubSpot) and effective follow-up processes.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and audience development endeavors.
• Consistently achieve or surpass speaker participation and revenue goals.
• Travel to North America up to four times annually to attend leading Private Wealth summits.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics is required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.
• 1-2 years' experience in financial services, investor relations, or alternative investments.
• In-depth knowledge of the family office and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to engage C-level executives.
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, organized, and adept at working in a fast-paced, relationship-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management; experience with HubSpot is advantageous.
• Outgoing personality with a proactive approach to interacting with senior managers during events.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range between £33,000 and £35,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
