Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automobile Service Advisor to join our team in Dubai. This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite, offering a monthly salary of 7500 AED.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and identify their vehicle service and repair needs.
- Carry out initial vehicle inspections and document the customers' complaints accurately.
- Create detailed job cards or work orders that outline required repairs and services.
- Communicate necessary repairs, maintenance plans, estimated costs, and expected timelines to clients.
- Collaborate closely with technicians and workshop personnel to ensure job completion on schedule.
- Track repair status and regularly inform customers of progress.
- Generate precise service and repair quotations and secure customer approval.
- Advise customers on additional repairs or preventive maintenance based on vehicle assessments.
- Work with the spare parts department to confirm availability of all required parts.
