Regional Manager / Operations Manager - Food & Beverage

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Regional Manager or Operations Manager to oversee and enhance food and beverage operations throughout Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of extensive experience in managing multiple units, demonstrating strong leadership qualities and specialized ERP system knowledge. This position demands a strategic leader who can drive performance by monitoring KPIs, managing budgets effectively, and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily food & beverage operations spanning multiple sites within Saudi Arabia.
• Deploy and maintain ERP systems to streamline workflows and reporting processes.
• Establish and track critical KPIs to promote high operational standards.
• Guide, coach, and inspire regional management teams to cultivate a culture of high achievement.
• Create and execute strategic plans aimed at increasing revenue and market share.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cost-management activities to align with financial goals.
• Ensure adherence to local laws, health, and safety regulations.
• Foster robust relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Assess regional area performance and introduce continuous improvement strategies.
• Maintain exemplary customer service standards and uphold brand reputation.

Essential Qualifications

• Between 10 to 15 years of experience in food & beverage operations with multi-unit management responsibility.
• Proven track record in ERP system implementation and operational management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Experience in developing and monitoring operational KPIs.
• Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge in budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource management.
• A dedication to customer service and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market's operational environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is considered advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in hospitality or operations management.
• Experience leading operations across multi-country or multi-cultural environments.
• Awareness of local compliance and regulatory frameworks.
