About the Role

This position entails preparing and managing detailed drafts and drawings essential for architectural, civil, and structural projects. The role involves close coordination with engineering teams and onsite personnel to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive architectural, civil, and structural drawings derived from provided designs and technical specifications.
• Modify and update drawings to reflect site observations and engineering feedback.
• Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings to support project execution.
• Collaborate regularly with engineers and field teams to synchronize drawing information.
• Organize and maintain registers of drawings along with all revisions for traceability.
• Verify that all drawings adhere strictly to project standards and technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Possession of a diploma or a technical qualification in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least one year of practical experience in drafting within the construction or engineering sector.
• Strong command of AutoCAD software for effective drawing creation and modification.
