About the Enterprise Team

We are seeking an Associate to join our Enterprise team, providing support to Enterprise Account Managers with daily management, analytics, reporting, and operational execution for major enterprise and mid-market restaurant partners throughout New Zealand.

Role Overview

The Restaurant Enterprise team is responsible for guiding the strategic vision and growth of key restaurant merchants in Australia and New Zealand. This fast-paced environment requires adaptability, teamwork, critical thinking, organization, and optimism to solve problems. The Associate will assist Enterprise Account Managers with analytics, reporting, managing operational initiatives, and facilitating collaboration across teams by converting data into actionable commercial insights that foster growth among our largest restaurant partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client reporting and dashboards, simplifying raw data into actionable insights that support commercial decision-making.
• Generate data-driven analyses, presentations, and recommendations to aid business reviews, joint business planning, and commercial negotiations.
• Manage daily operational processes end to end, including menu optimization, project planning, store onboarding, ownership changes, merchant marketing, and creation of custom reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, operations, and analytics to address challenges and keep workstreams on track for clients.
• Support Enterprise Account Managers in managing and expanding top restaurant partnerships, including preparing for and attending merchant meetings and conferences in Australia and New Zealand.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in dynamic workplaces like management consulting, technology, FMCG, commercial/category management, account management, or analytics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to establish structure in fast-moving settings, creating processes when none exist.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a passion for direct client engagement and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools to convert data into clear, defendable commercial insights.
• Clear and structured communication style to help stakeholders understand and act on information.
• Self-starter attitude that proactively identifies and solves problems, ensuring task completion.
• Willingness to engage deeply with both detailed work and overarching strategies.
• Understanding of commercial concepts such as margin, commission, and return on investment.
