About the Team

The Transfer Pricing team acts as a strategic advisor within a fast-growing multinational technology company, developing, applying, and maintaining comprehensive global transfer pricing frameworks. Their work supports business growth, acquisitions, the evolution of operating models, management of intellectual property, and compliance with global tax laws, including OECD guidelines and local regulations. Collaborating with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Development, and business leaders, the team facilitates scalable expansion through data-informed insights, operational excellence, and proactive risk management. Members gain experience with complex cross-border deals, post-merger integrations, tax audits, and global initiatives while interacting with stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This team's role is highly visible and crucial for sustaining the company’s global growth and innovation.

Role Overview

The Transfer Pricing Manager will spearhead the formulation, implementation, and defense of transfer pricing strategies internationally. This leadership role demands extensive technical knowledge and coordination across several tax jurisdictions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce global transfer pricing policies.
  • Manage transfer pricing documentation including Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory frameworks such as OECD guidelines, IRC Section 482, UK TIOPA, and Finnish transfer pricing rules.
  • Handle audits and disputes related to transfer pricing.
  • Conduct economic analyses and benchmarking studies.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across functions.
  • Coach and guide junior team members.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 7 to 12 years of focused experience in transfer pricing.
  • Strong proficiency in OECD standards, IRC 482, UK TIOPA, and Finnish transfer pricing regulations.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience working within multinational corporate environments.
