About the Role
Join ADP Consulting in Brisbane as an Associate Director to lead business development efforts focusing on the Education and Health sectors in Queensland. This position involves ownership of sector growth, client relationship management, opportunity identification, and project acquisition through to delivery with technical team support. You'll engage closely with technical aspects of building services design and project management, serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities across multiple sectors in Queensland, primarily Education and Health.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships and establish sector presence in Brisbane.
- Identify and secure new projects, then manage those projects through to successful completion.
- Provide hands-on technical contributions in building services design and project management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering both technical and commercial leadership.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as an Associate Director or in a similar leadership role within building services consulting.
- Established market networks, ideally within Queensland’s Education and Health sectors, with a proven history of winning and delivering projects.
- Technical expertise in one or more disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Hydraulics, or Fire Safety.
- Strong commercial acumen including understanding and managing project financials.
- Ability to lead technical delivery and project management independently without large team reliance.
- Proven capability in building trust and long-term client advisory relationships.
