Job description
Overview
The Client Service team at Guidepoint facilitates connections between clients and subject-matter experts to improve business decision-making. Understanding clients’ unique research questions is key to delivering the most relevant experts quickly, often within hours. This position plays a crucial part in Guidepoint’s overall success.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers to design strategies that meet the needs of each client project.
- Leverage resources such as LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and online research to identify the most suitable experts to address clients’ strategic or investment-related inquiries.
- Identify high-potential leads and invite them to join Guidepoint’s network to contribute in client consultations.
- Screen and assess expert candidates for relevance to specific client projects and create detailed professional profiles to present to clients.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior internships, volunteering, or extracurricular experience beneficial.
- Must have authorization to work in the UAE.
- Enthusiasm for sourcing and lead generation roles.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Outgoing demeanor with ease in communicating across professional levels.
- Keen intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Interview Process
- Initial meeting with Guidepoint Recruiter.
- Candidate screening phase.
- Role-specific mock assessment.
- Completion of a simulated client request to gain role insight.
- Interviews with Guidepoint teams and discussion of assessment results.
- Meeting with Department Head and Hiring Manager interview.
- Final outcome communicated.
