4Prosper Technologies Private Limited is expanding its team and seeking a confident, proactive, and target-driven Business Development Associate to join its workforce in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business prospects using calls, LinkedIn, emails, referrals, and other means.
- Identify potential clients interested in software, digital products, and technology services.
- Ascertain client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture strong business relationships.
- Arrange meetings and discussions to showcase products and services to interested clients.
- Turn qualified prospects into actual business deals.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding.
- Keep detailed records of leads, communications, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Meet monthly sales and business development objectives.
- Explore new sectors, markets, and potential business channels.
Candidate Requirements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
- Basic grasp of sales, business development, and lead generation techniques.
- Comfortable with direct client communication via phone.
- Self-driven, motivated, and target-focused mindset.
- Able to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Some familiarity with software or IT services is advantageous.
